Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must email us at protonhubs@gmail.com within the 7-day window, with the subject line: “Return – [Problem Description]”.

Your email must include an unboxing video that clearly shows the opening of the package and the concerned issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect, wrong item, etc.).

You must also explain the issue in detail in the email.
Returns requested without an unboxing video or after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to initiate a return:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
