1. 7-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unused, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and invoice.
- Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment mode used during purchase.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Personal hygiene products once opened
- Clearance or final sale items
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered by us.
